The price includes 1 single pitch, one weekend entry ticket and parking for one vehicle.
Double and triple pitches are available by adding 2 or 3 to your basket.
Extra entry tickets need to be purchased separately. No electric hook ups available in the Trader area. Please complete the Trader Form below too.

General Ticket Information
Advance Entry Tickets will be posted one month before the Scooter Rally.
Tickets will be exchanged for wristbands upon entry.
Physical tickets will be posted one month before the rally. EMAIL OR PAYPAL RECEIPTS ARE NOT VALID FOR ENTRY.
Wristbands must be shown to gain entry into the evening venues and must be secured around your wrist.
Numbers are limited to 2000 and the rally usually sells out extremely quickly. If any tickets are still available then the last date to order tickets online is August 22nd.
Please note we cannot take payments over the phone and cannot hold tickets on the gate.
Lost tickets cannot be replaced.
FOUR WHEELED VEHICLES
There is a limited amount of car, caravan and campervan spaces. Please book in advance to guarantee a space.
Cars/vans must purchase an advance car parking sticker and park in the designated car park. No camping is allowed in the car park.
Blue badge holders do not need to purchase an advance parking ticket. They can park for free, providing they show a valid blue badge upon entry. They must display their blue badge at all times. They can park in the car park or camping field but cannot park in the scooter-only field.
Caravans/campervans must purchase an advance camping parking ticket if they wish to park in the camping field. They are not allowed in the scooter-only field.
Our car park is manned by The Mersea Lions, a local charity raising funds for many good causes.
ENTRY TICKETS MUST ALSO BE PURCHASED IF YOU BUY A CAR/CARAVAN/CAMPERVAN TICKET.
TRADERS
Traders must book in advance.
A copy of your public liability insurance must be emailed in advance to merseatraders@gmail.com before tickets can be sent.
All traders must fill in a Trader Form to apply for a pitch which are approx 6 x 6. Trader tickets include 1 individual weekend pass and 1 vehicle pass.
trader formPitches are approx 6m x 6m. Trader tickets are £40 per pitch which includes 1 individual entry ticket and 1 vehicle pass.
Therefore a double pitch is approx 12m x 6m and costs £80 and includes 2 entry tickets and 2 vehicle passes. Triple pitches are also available.
Any additional individual weekend tickets must be bought separately.
We do not provide electricity.
Ensure all gazebos, covers or trading tents are securely anchored down or they will be removed from the site.
All leads must be covered to protect those walking nearby.
