Established in 1993, Mersea Island Scooter Rally is organised by Colchester DVLC.
It’s held on the weekend after the August bank holiday each year and is established as one of the most old-school, fun and friendly rallies on the scootering calendar.

The 2026 Mersea rally is over the weekend of September 4th & 5th.

At the request of Essex County Council, dogs will not be allowed at Mersea 2026.
There will be a no glass policy again on the campsite; glass is not permitted in any of our venues.
Ticket InfoAdvance Entry Tickets will be posted one month before the Scooter Rally.
Tickets will be exchanged for wristbands upon entry.
Physical tickets will be posted one month before the rally. EMAIL OR PAYPAL RECEIPTS ARE NOT VALID FOR ENTRY.
Wristbands must be shown to gain entry into the evening venues and must be secured around your wrist.
